On precision
Positions come from astronomy-engine, which is accurate to well under a degree for every body shown. Houses are whole-sign: the ascendant’s sign is the first house and each following sign is the next. It is the oldest system in use and, unlike Placidus, it does not break down for anyone born at a high latitude.
Birth time is resolved through your browser’s own time zone database, so historical daylight saving — which Turkey in particular has changed repeatedly — is handled correctly rather than assumed.
